By its nature, every practice tends to disrupt the same old of our functioning – and helps us move towards a ‘better self’. But it’s helpful to remember that change in the body always starts from where we are. The focus in this T’ai Chi Chih practice is to be present to the sensory experience of where you are in this moment, warts and all. And to notice how shifts in functioning occur as you experience the gentle meeting of your practice and your world, just as it is.
