T’ai Chi Chih with Matthew

T’ai  Chi for your everyday life.  Easy to learn – 19 repeating moves, one standing pose.  Each move can be practiced on its own or linked in a sequence. The number of repetitions of each move can be adjusted to fit the amount of time you have in a day.  Practice space takes up about as much room as a yoga mat.  And if your legs aren’t always there for you, it can be practiced seated!

T’ai Chi Chih is calming, gently massaging open those stuck places in your body.  It teaches kindness to yourself, and a deepening, collaborative relationship with your body.

And best yet, for all its simplicity, after over 30 years of practice, I’m still learning, and still finding more benefits from the practice.
